The Wilmington is a 46' catamaran offering downtown passenger service via the colorful and exotic Cape Fear River. If your questions aren't answered below, please contact us. Thank you for taking the time to ask.
*Please note that all cruises, tours and excursions are subject to schedule and price changes, and are based on availability. Some itineraries are based on a minimum number of passengers. Prior to your scheduled trip, we recommend calling us at (910) 338-3134 to confirm your specific excursion.
Answers to Your Questions
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online, by phone (910) 338-3134 and in-person at our Riverwalk shop. Reservations are not confirmed until either paid in-full or until a deposit has been accepted. Some excursions require a minimum number of passengers and may be cancelled by our staff. In the event of such a cancellation, all fees are 100% refundable.

Do you offer parking?
Parking is available in the Public Parking Deck, lots and on the street.

In the event of rain, will the trip still go?
We are fully enclosed and rain does not normally prevent departure. However, it is at the Captain’s discretion to cancel based on weather conditions. Please call us if you have any questions at (910) 338-3134.

Is there a restroom onboard?
Yes. We have a restroom available onboard and it is ADA compliant.

If I don't return to the boat on time — what will happen?
You are responsible to be back on the boat according to schedule or you may be left behind to find your way home.

Can we bring our own food and beverage?
We offer a snacks and sandwiches. A full bar is available (beer, wine & mixed drinks). We do not allow food or beverage to be brought on board.
Do you offer private, group charters?
Yes. We offer a variety of private charters for corporate events, wedding receptions and special occasions. Please refer to our group rates and information.

We want to have an on-board wedding ceremony. Is the Captain authorized to marry us?
The Captain is not allowed to perform the ceremony, but we can help you make such arrangements.
