Reservations

We appreciate your interest in Wilmington Water Tours and will make the reservation process as simple as possible. Choose from a variety of excursions including sunset cruises, full-moon cruises, historic tours and eco-tours of the upper and lower Cape Fear River. Private charters are also available.

Valet & Parking

Cartmen are available as valet and parking escorts. When parking downtown, they can pick you up and bring you to the boat. Call (910) 264-4442 for more information.

Cancellation Policy

Individual Tickets: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the departure date.

Group Charters: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 1 week in advance of the departure date.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made due to weather.

Patrons that are not present at the time of departure will be charged full charter price.

Deposits

A $200 deposit (or credit card hold) is required to reserve all private charters. The balance is due at departure. Deposits are refundable according to the cancellation policies listed above.

Payments

We accept credit cards, checks and cash for your reservations. We accept the following types of credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

A 15% gratuity will be added to all private charters.
